First - Check your enrolment confirmation - the username and temporary password may be listed.

If you don't know your username and password, visit your Library or ask at your local Campus Customer Service Centre. The library is unable to give you a password over the telephone (for security reasons) however you may call the Customer Service Centre during business hours on 1300 766 123. They will be able to assist you once they have verified your identity.

You must provide proof of identification.
