Yes you can! 

Go to the TAFE Student Portal and log in using your current username and password,  select Change Password and follow the prompts.  You will need to create a secret question and answer first. Once you have set that up you can then change your password. See the TAFE policy below for managing passwords.

If you don't know your password, contact your Library or your Campus Customer Service Centre.  Passwords can be changed over the phone but your identity will need to be verified. Your learner number (on your enrolment confirmation) is preferred.

Your TAFE Student Portal account gives you access to your TAFE email account. You can manage your personal information i.e. change of address or phone number, and check your results.  You can also set up your favourites, manage your timetable  and even renew your library books (separate PIN required).


TAFE password policy

Passwords are case sensitive
Minimum length is 6 characters
Maximum length is 32 characters
Mixed cases are allowed and encouraged
Alphanumerics are allowed and encouraged
Special keyboard characters are allowed EXCEPT for double quotation marks, ", and the 'at' symbol, @
Nulls/blanks are not allowed
