Illawarra Institute staff cannot reset passwords for OTEN students. You will need to do one or more of the following:
- go to the student portal, set up a secret question and then change your password
- ring the OTEN Customer Service number (1300362346) and ask to have your password reset
Failing the above, students can email the WSI Library:
They will either reset your password or direct the enquiry to the OTEN co-ordinator.
