Some hints that might help you. If you are using an android device, check the version of your operating system - anything under version 4.0 will not work on our wireless network. Another troubleshooting tip is to open and close your browser window - you may need to do this a few times. Is your username and password correct? You can manage your own password via the TAFE student portal - you will need to set up a secret question and answer but once you’ve done that you can change your password yourself.
Still having problems? Bring your device into your local campus library. Library staff can check your username and password and help you to correctly set up your device.
